When creating a case and adding your organization's team members, please ensure not to add a private Distribution List which does not allow external incoming emails.Answer
The use of a private Distribution List in the CC: field may generate new cases under your organization if that distribution list does not allow external incoming emails and the email gets bounced back.Please ensure either:
1) Your Distribution list does allow incoming email from aerospike.com
2) Avoid adding such a list.
