Aerospike Support very often asks for log files, collectinfo files, and other information to be uploaded to the Aerospike FTP Server (ASFTP for short) at https://asftp.aerospike.com:8443/ . What are the limitations on this?Answer
ASFTP uses Amazon S3 as a backend, so there is a limit of 5TB per individual file, but no limit on total size or number of files in a directory.
We do not blacklist IPs except temporarily after too many invalid login attempts, and this should be obvious from the error messages. In some cases, the automatic geolocation function may not work for an IP, in which case going to the nearer of https://na.asftp.aerospike.com:8443/ or https://eu.asftp.aerospike.com:8443/ may work better.
