Backup fails when counting cluster objects

Problem Description

I see an error in the backup indicating errors while counting cluster objects.

2024-01-19 12:34:20 GMT [ERR] [ 1452] Error while getting namespace object count for node a3
2024-01-19 12:34:20 GMT [ERR] [ 1452] Error while counting cluster objects

Explanation

In versions of asbackup prior to 3.1 (in aerospike tools versions earlier than 7.1.1), the asbackup will fail if there is a problem with the roster that result in asbackup detecting the effective replication factor as 0.

Solution

Upgrade to newer tools if possible and resolve any possible roster issues
