We have migrated our Support backend from Desk to Salesforce Service Cloud due to Desk approaching its end of life. Customers requiring access to Aerospike’s Support Portal should send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will review and follow up based on our latest Support policies. Customers can still open Support cases by sending email to email@example.com at any time.
For Aerospike Server Enterprise Edition support, login or contact us as described in your Enterprise Edition license agreement.
